Magna Focus Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary company of LCDA Holdings Sdn Bhd Established on 13 May 1996, the main role of the company is to plan, organize, coordinate and monitor all sand and gravel extraction activities within its licensed areas to ensure sustainable sand and gravel supple for domestic markets and the development of the State construction industry. Further, MFSB function is to ensure that extraction activities are carried out according to all license terms and conditions and royalties are paid to the State Government accordingly.

LCDA through its wholly owned subsidiary, Magna Focus Sdn Bhd (MFSB) had been given the task by the Sarawak State Government to regulate and manage sand and gravel extraction from the seas and rivers. Entrepreneurs interested to extract sand/gravel within LCDA (MFSB) licensed areas are required to have contract, which could be applied from MFSB at the following address.
